How do I shop?

Shopping with us is really easy! Just follow these few steps:

1. Choose your products and add them to the cart
   
   Browse our online shop, pick from our selection, and add your favorites to the cart.
   
   
2. Proceed to checkout
   
   Once you have selected everything, click the cart icon and continue to checkout.
   
   
3. Enter your details
   
   Fill in all required information, including the delivery address (home, office, or anywhere you like).
   
   
4. Shipping methods & payment options
   
   For deliveries to Germany, you can choose between two shipping partners: UPS and GLS.
   
   UPS Express – guaranteed delivery within 24 hours
   
   Payment methods in Germany:

• • Cash on delivery
    (COD) – Pay in cash or by card directly to the UPS courier.
    
  • Cash on delivery is only available for orders with a cart value of up to €600.

 

• Other payment methods are available depending on the options shown at checkout.
  
  Note for Germany:
  If the courier cannot reach you at home, your parcel will automatically be delivered to the nearest UPS or GLS pick-up point. You will receive details via SMS or email.
  Note for Austria
  For deliveries to Austria, GLS is currently the only available shipping partner.
